:-) I hope nobody forgot today is the birthday of smiley

On September 19, 1982, Scott Fahlman from Carnegie Mellon University first proposed using the emoticon 🙂 to mark jokes from serious posts in online message boards.

It dominated a large part of our daily life, drove business, the most common one we know is the yellow guy.

According to wikipedia, The smiley was first introduced to popular culture as part of a promotion by New York radio station WMCA beginning in 1962. Listeners who answered their phone “WMCA Good Guys!” were rewarded with a “WMCA good guys” sweatshirt that incorporated a happy face into its design. Thousands of these sweatshirts were given away. The WMCA smiley was yellow with black dots as eyes, but it had a slightly crooked smile instead of a full smile, and no creases in the mouth.

Happy Birthday Smiley.

Have a Good Business Venture Day

It is not a costume, tradition or a real day, it was just a day just any other day, where had the idea that in a day we should look back to all the connection we have, all business relation, all leads and stop for few minutes and just look to everyone as a person out there.

Wouldn’t you wish to see one moment when all business stop, for a minute and look to the person you are dealing with as a person not a business and smile to her face or his face and say good day, better still, Happy Business Venture Day!

It is a day that should remind us that what ever business we do should not be labeled selfish or egoistic, the wheel of production and business should turn always and keep life of individuals, societies and life around us balanced and healthy.

We thank anyone reading this post and stopped to look to who ever he or she doing business with and wish just the same like us.
